Malabi Popsicles

For the popsicles:

  • 500 ml. coconut cream or natural yogurt
  • 180 grams of honey
  • 20 grams of rose water not rose water extract!

For the raspberry mixture:

  • 75 grams smooth raspberry puree


  1. In a bowl, mix coconut cream (or yogurt), honey and rose water to a uniform mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls and add raspberry puree to one of them. Stir well into a uniform mixture.
  3. Pour the two mixtures into the popsicle mold to create marble look.
  4. Close the pan and insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • The popsicles are kept in a closed container in the freezer for up to a month.
  • Instead of raspberries you can use any other berry that you like, the taste will of course change accordingly.
  • If you use rose water extract, you will need a significantly smaller amount. In general, it is best to taste and decide if enough or more needs to be added.
  • Instead of honey you can use maple or date syrup in the same amount. The taste will change accordingly.
